- The Tennant Tying Forceps are a useful ophthalmologic tool during corneal graft transplants. Commonly, the forceps are used with either a six or four-wire needle. Straight/ Curved Tennant forceps are ideal for burying sutures with the eye fixed to maintain proper graft topography, and a curved profile forceps is available depending on surgical preference.
