Tubbs Mitral Valve Dilator (Adult)
- The Tubbs Aortic Dilator is a bi-radiate instrument cardiothoracic surgeons use to dilate the heart valves. The controller assembly consists of two flat handles, and the dilating assembly consists of a central blade with two lateral bars. The lateral blades can be inserted with a spread of 8 mm and dilated up to a spread of 44 mm. A fixation screw is added to hold the blades at the desired position for dilation.
