- The Trosseu Tracheal Dilator is a useful tool in tracheotomy and cricothyrotomy procedures. Once a cut has been made in the tracheal cartilage, the dilator may be slipped into the incision to broaden access to the airway. The blunted tips ensure minimal surrounding tissue damage. The dilator is available in child and adult sizes depending on surgical need.
