- The Thomson-Walker needle holder is a ratchet finger ring instrument to hold curved needles while suturing. Serrated jaws ensure a firm grip, and the curved shaft places the tip at a deeper plane. TC instruments are designed to stay sharp significantly longer than other standard instruments. ScissorOn permanently bonds tungsten carbide inserts to the instrument, which maximizes control and precision. Gold handles identify TC instruments.
