Lane Gastrointestinal Twin Forceps Straight Jaws
- The lane intestinal clamps consist of a twin pair of clamps that are used to grasp and occlude large organs such as the stomach and the intestine during general surgeries such as partial or total gastrectomy, intestinal resection procedure, colectomy, and esophagectomy procedure. The instrument consists of 2 clamps, each with two, longitudinally serrated jaws with a pin lock in between the two jaws. This serves to individually occlude the blood supply in each wall of the viscus as well as the lumen. The instrument has an overall length of 31.7cm 12 1/2" and is available in straight and curved varieties to enable easy manipulation along the contour of the body cavities.
