Lahey Goiter Vulsellum Forceps
- The Lahey Goitre Grasping Forceps are sturdy scissor-like devices that are used in thyroidectomy operations to hold and displace the thyroid tissues. The finger ring handles are capacious to provide comfort during long procedures and have a ratchet assembly that makes it easier to hold the forceps in the closed position. The blades are wide and durable to enable firm and larger bites of tissues, and each blade is curved inwards with a fork-like assembly of 3 long teeth optimized to guarantee unyielding thyroid grabs.
