The Presbyterian Hospital Tubing Clamps is a heavy pattern with smooth jaws designed to be used during general surgeries where tubes containing fluid or blood need to be occluded. For example, during procedures that comprise of perfusion, blood flow may need to be briefly stopped. The locking ratchet mechanism that is on the inner ring-handles provides a tight clamp on the tube.
