The Kocher Atrauma Intestinal Clamp is used to achieve hemostasis and grasp intestinal and other soft organ tissue during exploratory laparotomy, bowel resection, and intestinal anastomosis procedure. The instrument is not ratcheted and has a longer jaw to shank ratio allowing the long jaws to open wide and grasp large soft tissues with ease. The instrument has longitudinal serrations to minimize damage and has an overall length of 14cm. There is a curved and straight jaw variety for optimal surgical needs.
