Simon Uterine Curette
- The Simon Uterine Curette is used to carefully scrape off the uterine lining for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures during dilatation and evacuation, dilatation and curettage, uterine biopsy, and cervical biopsy. The instrument has an overall length of 24.5 cm and comes with a serrated fenestration just below the tip to excavate the endometrial tissue. The instrument has a cup size of 9.8 x 6.8mm but is available in various sizes that range from 20.0 by 13.8 mm.
